Today, I’m sharing a simple, healthy, and delicious salad recipe that you can make in just 10 minutes. ๐Ÿฅฌ Ingredients 1 cup lettuce (chopped) 1 medium cucumber (sliced) 1 medium carrot (grated) 1 medium tomato (chopped) ½ cup boiled corn ½ cup boiled chickpeas (optional for protein) 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt & black pepper (as per taste) A few fresh coriander or mint leaves for garnish ๐Ÿฅฃ Preparation Steps 1.
