 Here's a simple and flavorful Bhendi Masala (Okra Masala) recipe — a popular Indian dish made with okra, onions, tomatoes, and spices: ๐ŸŒฟ Ingredients: For the Bhindi (Okra): 250g bhindi (okra/ladyfinger), washed, dried, and cut into 1–2 inch pieces 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste For the Masala: 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 onion, finely chopped 1 green chili, slit (optional) 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tomatoes, finely chopped ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp cumin powder 1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste) ½ tsp garam masala Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish) ๐Ÿณ Instructions: Step 1: Cook the Bhindi 1.
