Here's a simple and delicious Vegetable Pulav (Pulao) recipe you can try at home: ๐พ Vegetable Serves: 2–3 Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins ๐ง Ingredients Basmati rice – 1 cup (soaked for 20–30 mins) Mixed vegetables – 1 to 1.5 cups (carrot, peas, beans, potatoes, capsicum) Onion – 1 medium, thinly sliced Green chili – 1, slit Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp Whole spices: Bay leaf – 1 Cloves – 3 Green cardamom – 2 Cinnamon stick – 1 small piece Cumin seeds – 1 tsp Water – 2 cups Ghee or oil – 2 tbsp Salt – to taste Coriander leaves – for garnish ๐ณ Instructions 1.
