 Here's a simple and delicious Oreo Cake recipe 



๐Ÿฐ Oreo Cake Recipe


Ingredients:


For the Cake:


1 cup (240 ml) milk


1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice


1/2 cup (100 g) sugar


1/2 cup (120 ml) oil (vegetable or sunflower)


1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour



1/4 cup (25 g) cocoa powder


1 tsp baking powder


1/2 tsp baking soda


10 crushed Oreo cookies


For the Frosting:


1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)


3 tbsp powdered sugar


6 crushed Oreos



For Decoration (Optional):


Whole Oreos


Chocolate syrup


Crushed Oreos


Instructions:


1. Prepare the Cake Batter:


1. In a bowl, mix milk and vinegar/lemon juice. Let sit for 5 minutes (this makes buttermilk).


2. Add sugar and oil to the milk mixture. Mix well.


3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until smooth.


4. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.


5. Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined 6-inch or 7-inch cake pan.



2. Bake:


Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).


Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.



Let the cake cool completely before frosting.


 Make the Frosting:


1. Whip cold cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.


2. Fold in the crushed Oreos gently.


3.Assemble the Cake:


Slice the cake horizontally if you want layers.


Spread Oreo cream frosting between layers and on top.


Decorate with whole or crushed Oreos and drizzle chocolate syrup if desired.



Tips:


Chill the bowl and beaters before whipping cream for best results.


You can make

 this cake in a microwave or pressure cooker too.
