 Here's a simple and tasty noodles recipe you can whip up in under 20 minutes:


๐Ÿœ Vegetable Stir-Fried Noodles


Ingredients:


200g noodles (any kind: egg, wheat, or rice)


2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)


2 garlic cloves (minced)



1 small onion (sliced)


1 carrot (julienned)


1 bell pepper (sliced)


½ cup cabbage (shredded)


2 tbsp soy sauce


1 tbsp chili sauce (optional)


1 tbsp tomato ketchup (optional)


Salt to taste


Pepper to taste


Spring onions (for garnish)




Instructions:


1. Boil Noodles:

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.



2. Prep Veggies:

While noodles boil, slice all vegetables thin for quick cooking.



3. Stir-Fry:


Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.


Add garlic and onions. Sautรฉ for 1 minute.


Add carrots, bell pepper, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes (keep veggies slightly crisp).




4. Mix It Up:


Add cooked noodles to the pan.


Pour in soy sauce, chili sauce, and ketchup.


Toss everything together until noodles are well-coated and heated through.




5. Finish:


Add salt and pepper to taste.


Garnish with chopped spring onions.

Add scrambled egg, cooked chicken, or tofu for extra protein.


Use pre-cut veggies for a quick version.


Swap sauces based on what you like — oyster, hoisin, or teriyaki also work well.
