Ingredients:
200g noodles (any kind: egg, wheat, or rice)
2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 small onion (sliced)
1 carrot (julienned)
1 bell pepper (sliced)
½ cup cabbage (shredded)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce (optional)
1 tbsp tomato ketchup (optional)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Spring onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Boil Noodles:
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.
