200g pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
2 tbsp butter
4–5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups milk (warm)
½ cup fresh cream (optional, for extra richness)
½ cup grated cheese (mozzarella, parmesan, or cheddar)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp mixed herbs or oregano

1. Boil the Pasta:
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
